Free WiFi, comfy beds, and clean rooms made my stay delightful. Not having a pet, I was relieved that the house didn't smell! The handy local information, including bus timetable, was a life-saver.
Oh, just a tiny detail: the water flow in the shower was slower than a sloth on a stroll. No biggie.

Stayed at Vale View for a weekend getaway. The house was impeccably clean with all the necessary kitchen equipment. Loved the thoughtful touch of a bottle of wine and milk in the fridge. Perfect location for our busy weekend. Comfy beds and surprisingly no pet odors, even though it's pet friendly. Lots of useful local information provided, along with convenient parking. Will definitely stay here again.
I do recommend this hotel.

We stayed at a lovely villa called Vale View. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and it was such a relief to find the house clean and free from any pet smells, as we don't have any pets ourselves. the hosts had provided plenty of helpful information, including a bus timetable and taxi cards. the instructions for using the microwave and cooker were also very useful. We appreciated having space on the drive for parking our car, as well as outdoor furniture to relax at. There were some beautiful circular walks nearby, and the location was convenient, close to the old racecourse and a short walk to a nearby shop that was open until late. We will definitely choose Vale View Villa again for our future stays. Cons: Can't think of anything. 😊.

The view from our bedroom window at Vale View Villa was absolutely breathtaking, especially during the beautiful sunset. The hosts were incredibly attentive and ensured that we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to town and stunning views of the Yorkshire countryside. The house itself was incredibly clean and cozy, providing us with a warm and pleasant atmosphere. We also appreciated the helpful local information, such as the bus timetable, which came in handy when navigating the steep hill back from the town center. Despite the minor issue with the slow water flow in the bathroom, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Vale View Villa and would definitely recommend it to others. a delightful and enjoyable experience.

The garden at Vale View was a picturesque oasis, making it perfect for enjoying a peaceful morning coffee or a leisurely afternoon stroll. Surrounded by vibrant flowers and lush greenery, it felt like stepping into a secret garden from a fairytale.
Hilly terrain challenged fitness.
